Volunteering We want Bank of America Merrill Lynch colleagues to connect with Magic Breakfast by living and breathing our cause. You can become part of the solution by helping to roll out the Magic Breakfast model. We will do our best to pair you with Magic Breakfast partner schools in the communities where you work and live. Opportunities to be part of this catalytic force for good include: Schools Volunteering helping serve breakfasts playing with children and encouraging them to interact enhancing reading, writing and arithmetic skills leading a sporting activity ‘A good breakfast helps me succeed’ School Assemblies The chance to present to the school and parent community, to introduce employees of Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a role models for our partner school communities, sharing good food knowledge and supporting aspirations to join the financial services industry. Skills Sharing We would like to draw on your wealth of knowledge so we will welcome volunteers to help optimise our charitable activity from impact measurement and data analytics to accounting and financial planning. Activism and Making the Case for Change One of our main strategic goals is to bring together the public, third and corporate sectors to solve the problem of hunger as a barrier to learning for good through realising our vision of improving wellbeing and educational outcomes. We would therefore welcome the support of Bank of America Merrill Lynch volunteers to help us raise awareness and galvanize support from the financial services sector (inducing places on our corporate leadership board).
