Healthy ice cream for breakfast? You heard us right!

Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas (chopped)
  • 120g of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A splash of milk of your choice (about 1 to 2 tablespoons), if needed

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!

TOPPING IDEAS:

  • Granola
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Seeds
  • A drizzle of honey or nut butter
