Healthy ice cream
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 2 large frozen bananas (chopped)
- 120 g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free smoothie)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A splash milk of your choice if needed (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Scoop into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
