Ingredients
- 2 large frozen bananas (chopped)
- 120g of Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free smoothie)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (or almond butter)
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A splash of milk of your choice (about 1 to 2 tablespoons), if needed
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Scoop into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!

- Granola
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Seeds
- A drizzle of honey or nut butter
