Thank you so much for considering involving your workplace in the fight against child morning hunger. We could not do our vital work without amazing supporters like you.
Let's get you hosting a Great Big Breakfast...
1. CHOOSE A DATE
Choose a date between 17th and 30th April that works best for staff to get together for a brekkie.
2. GET PLANNING
Depending on how your people work, you could either get them together for a special breakfast in person, ask them to join a video call for an over-breakfast catch-up, or even invite colleagues to have breakfast with their households and share pictures. You can do whatever works for your organisation! COMING SOON we will have a breakfast quiz and recipe inspiration to help you plan the most fantastic event - watch this space.
3. CHOOSE HOW TO DONATE
Register to set up your donation page here. If you prefer, you can create and share a donation page using one of your preferred platforms, for example Enthuse or Just Giving. Please avoid collecting cash if you can as this is much more difficult to get to us. If you do need to take cash donations, please get in touch with us using the details below and we will be very happy to talk you through the process - the most important step of which is not to send cash in the post as we would hate for your hard-earned funds to get lost!
4. INVITE STAFF
Whether by email, snail mail or carrier pigeon, it's now time to let your staff know about the event! Our handy email template might be useful in spreading the word:
5. TAKE TO SOCIAL MEDIA!
We would love for you to shout about our campaign. Share your breakfasts plans, preparations and successes on social media - our handy guide offers guidance and inspiration.
6. DONATE YOUR FUNDRAISING TOTAL
This is as simple as following the instructions on your chosen fundraising platform.
Thank you, again, for taking part in our event! Please don't forget to thank your colleagues for playing their part in raising money to reach children most at risk of hunger in the UK.
Do you have any ideas, thoughts or burning questions? We want to hear them! Please drop us a line at [email protected] or on 020 7836 5434.
