Healthy Ice Cream

Blend frozen banana slices to create a delicious healthy and creamy ice cream breakfast!
Course Breakfast
Keyword banana, ice cream, milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, yoghurt
Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Equipment

  • Blender Food processor also works here – or a fork

Ingredients

  • 2 whole frozen bananas
  • 120 grams Yoghurt Greek or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free smoothie
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp milk as needed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Scoop into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
