This is based on evidence of the impact of free school breakfasts on the performance and behaviour of pupils at school, and a growing awareness of the inequalities in breakfast provision at home.

Magic Breakfast responded to the call for views on the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill from the Rural Affairs, Islands, and Natural Environment Committee of the Scottish Parliament. Using our experience, we were able to advise on how the bill could better support children and young people at risk of hunger.
