We’re absolutely delighted to announce that out of 180 entries, Magic Breakfast has been awarded a Silver TIDE (Talent Inclusion and Diversity Evaluation) Award.
This recognition reflects the commitment across Magic Breakfast to create a culture where everyone feels valued, included and able to thrive.
TIDE evaluates an organisation’s performance in inclusion and diversity. Once an organisation goes through this assessment, their results are benchmarked against the results of other organisations that have entered.
What does a TIDE Silver Award mean?
Silver award means we are performing strongly, while also identifying clear opportunities for further development.
We’re incredibly grateful for our EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) group and the commitment from everyone at the organisation for helping us to build a culture in which every team member at Magic Breakfast can thrive and feel that they belong.
