We are thrilled to announce that Magic Breakfast are Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year for the next two years!
Children and young people should arrive at school hungry for the day ahead; hungry to learn, to grow, to thrive, never hungry for breakfast. Yet, on average, as many as four pupils in a classroom of thirty may not have access to food. A magic breakfast ensures every child and young person is nourished, valued, and ready to learn. And with support from Deutsche Bank, we can continue to make a difference to over 350,000 children and young people every morning!
This partnership is going to be transformative for us as an organisation, and even more transformative for the thousands of children and young people we will be able to support as a result. With 2.1 million children in the UK at risk of hunger, Magic Breakfast are excited to be working with Deutsche Bank to end child morning hunger now and for good. With the incredible dedication that Deutsche Bank employees give to everything, their support could mean that every school day over the next two years, 15,000 children and young people have access to a nutritious breakfast and a nurturing environment to start their day. We know that a school breakfast is more than just food; it can ensure that every child is nourished, thriving and able to learn.
