88% of Magic Breakfast schools for learners with SEN and ASN told us that Magic Breakfast helps learners develop healthy eating habits. That is the 5th highest-rated benefit! Over 80% of mainstream schools saw this as a benefit too but it was only the ranked 11th in terms of impact. This shows it is a particularly important factor for SEN and ASN schools. These schools told us that having the same breakfast foods every day—and time to explore them—helps students feel safe and that they can be curious. It gives them the confidence to try new foods and enjoy a wider variety of things to eat! What’s more the variety and quality of the Magic Breakfast food means that there are a lot of different options for learners to try!
Having breakfast at school makes a big impact across a child’s education.
