Healthy ice cream

Cook Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 large frozen bananas (chopped)
  • 120 g Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for a dairy free smoothie)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • A splash milk of your choice if needed (about 1 to 2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  • Scoop into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
