Easy Banana Pancakes
This is a quick and easy banana pancake recipe with eggs, flour, milk and banana

- 150 grams flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp honey
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 1 splash vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 whole banana ripe bananas are best here
Mix the dry ingredients - in a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix the wet ingredients - in a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, egg, honey, vanilla, melted butter and mashed banana.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Gently fold together until just combined.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat.
Spoon in the batter and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.
[Optional] To serve, top with yoghurt, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
