2slicesToasted Warburtons Tiger Bloomer(Will work with other brands of bread!)
2wholeFinely chopped spring onions
1wholeLarge ripe avocado in slices
1wholeRoasted red pepper in slices
1tbspVegetable oil(Olive oil would work too)
1tbspVegan green pesto
0.5tspSalt
1pinchBlack pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Place the oil in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat, add Crackd The NoEgg-Egg and turn gradually with a spatula or wooden spoon and cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
Place the scramble onto the toasted bread.
Add the sliced avocado and top with sliced roast red peppers.
Season with salt, pepper, a drizzle of vegan pesto and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
