Great Big Breakfast

From Friday 25th February to Tuesday 1st March Magic Breakfast will be celebrating our favourite meal of the day, and we would love you to get involved. All you have to do is choose a day, get your friends, colleagues, family or classmates together for a special breakfast, or enjoy breakfast solo, and donate £3 to Magic Breakfast.

Why Get involved?

Before the pandemic, 1.7 million children were living at risk of hunger in the UK. We know this is likely to have risen to as high as 2.5 million in 2021.

Missing out on breakfast can affect a child’s future. A study by Leeds University found that pupils who said they rarely ate breakfast achieved nearly two grades lower in their GCSEs than those who rarely missed their morning meal.

At Magic Breakfast we want to change that. Which is why, every morning, we offer nutritious breakfasts to around 200,000 children across the UK, working with more than 1,000 schools.

By taking part in the Great Big Breakfast, you can help us raise funds, and put a spotlight on the issue of child morning hunger so that we can get closer to ending it now and for good.

How do I get involved?

Whether you are having your Great Big Breakfast with colleagues, classmates or friends and family, just hit the SIGN UP button below and you’ll receive resources to help you make your Great Big Breakfast a success.
