Role: Charity Administrator

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £23,000-25,000 pa (depending on experience)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to work as a Charity Administrator in an influential charity that supports schools in starting, expanding and optimising their breakfast provision with the aim that no child is too hungry to learn.

In this instrumental role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient administrative systems, including paper & electronic data management and cloud based systems.

You will manage general phone and email enquiries, deal with incoming and outgoing post, ensure that the Charity Office is well organised and equipment well resourced. As well as this you will provide basic level IT support to team members when required.

In this exciting role, you will liaise with a range of prominent stakeholders, assist members of the senior management team, manage multiple tasks and provide administrative support to team members. You will be confident, proactive and adaptable.

In this varied role, you will liaise with schools and suppliers concerning logistics, at times, distribute information and resources to schools.

The successful candidate will have administrative experience. You will have excellent communication, organizational and planning skills. You will thrive on paying attention to detail and communicating effectively through a range of communicative tools.
