Our Incredible Friends
Magic Breakfast really couldn't exist without the amazing support we have received from our friends and supporters including:

Quaker Tropicana

The generosity of the good people at Quaker Tropicana is in a word phenomenal. Every week they deliver 15 liters of their delicious Tropicana Orange Juice to each of our schools. The children adore it.  Each term they delivery their scrumptious porridge to give the children just about the best nutritious start to their day.  They have also helped us enormously with our logistics operations and costs.

They will also shortly be running an on pack promotion telling their customers all about Magic Breakfast and giving us a donation per purchase, which is tremendously exciting. Keep your eyes open for it.

And an additional thanks goes to their staff who are running, climbing and carrying out various other fundraising activities to add even more to help children get the best start to their day.

Bagel Nash

Our Honey Wheat bagels are supplied by Bagel Nash, whose wonderful craft bakers produce these delicious bagels using only the finest natural ingredients. White Ladder Press

White Ladder Press have donated the profits from one of their books, The Art of Hiding Vegetables, to Magic Breakfast. The picture above is of the Managing Directors Roni Jay and Rich Craze handing over a cheque at St Saviour's School in Stockwell. Their donation is enough to support one school for five years.

Heartbreakingly Rich died in August 2006.  The money raised by White Ladder Press is a living memorial to this very special, funny, clever, generous and wonderful man, who was taken away too soon, but continues to enrich so many people's lives, not least the children of St Stephen's school.

White Ladder Press is one of the UK's leading small publishers. They publish practical, fresh and quirky books for people who want a new angle on everyday living. From parenting to gardening, cookery to holidays they've got it covered. You can find out more at www.whiteladderpress.com

David Annand and his wonderful friends

David and his friends swam, ran, danced and partied their way to raising over £20,000 for Magic Breakfast during 2006, enabling us to reach more schools and children who are now getting the best start to their day. In particular we'd like to thank Maureen Paley, whose generous donation has helped a school in Tower Hamlets and Jo and Guy who braved some very cold water to raise money for us and Jodie at GQ who's auctions have raised enough to support a school in Kings Cross.

Hannah Williams and Five

Milkshake’s loveliest presenter Hannah Williams ran the London Marathon this year. She split her sponsorship between Magic Breakfast and Tommie’s.  Five were then incredibly generous and boosted her total.  Between them they raised enough to support a school for a whole year.

Milkshakes presenters also gave us signed postcards telling us what their favourite breakfast is. We have turned these into a poster for our schools.

William Brake Charitable Trust

We are so grateful to this wonderful trust who have regularly given us generous donations. Having this kind of consistency of support is incredibly valuable to us and the schools it helps support.

We are so grateful for the support we've received. Every time we meet a child who is doing well at school because they have had a good breakfast we send thanks to these gorgeous, brilliant people.

LCH. Clearnet

London clearing house LCH. Clearnet (www.lchclearnet.com) have been supporting Magic Breakfast school partners in Tower Hamlets for two years. They have now taken on another another school, which means they are currently supporting the breakfast clubs in 3 schools in the area. Their continuing support and encouragement has been so appreciated.

Etc Venues

We are tremendously grateful to Etc Venues (www.etcvenues.co.uk) who are supporting schools close to their London venues and whose staff raised some very welcome funds through the London 10K run.

All Star Lanes

All Star Lanes - the boutique bowling company are supporting us by selling Magic Breakfast water in their Brick Lane venue. Why not go down for a brilliant night's bowling and then have a great meal washed down with refreshing water which will help local children get the right fuel for learning? www.allstarlanes.co.uk

Bagel Factory

The fantastic people at Bagel Factory worked with us from 2001 to 2008 providing the bagels for our schools at cost. Due to the huge demand for our help we eventually outgrew their capacity but remain deeply grateful for their incredible support to a fledgling charity. It would not have been possible without them.

Bagel Factory has 60 locations throughout the UK - we recommend you visit your local branch and sample their scrumptious bagels. You can find out more at www.bagelfactory.co.uk
