Our Incredible Friends
Magic Breakfast really couldn't exist without the amazing support we have received from our friends and supporters including:

Bagel Factory

The fantastic people at Bagel Factory provide bagels to Magic Breakfast at cost. The bagels are all natural, GM free and baked with protein-enriched wheat. They are also low in fat, salt and cholesterol. This means that children at a Magic Breakfast club get the most delicious little package of nutrition at the start of the school day.

Bagel Factory has 60 locations throughout the UK - we recommend you visit your local branch and sample their scrumptious bagels. You can find out more at www.bagelfactory.co.uk

White Ladder Press

White Ladder Press have donated the profits from one of their books, The Art of Hiding Vegetables, to Magic Breakfast. The picture above is of the Managing Directors Roni Jay and Rich Craze handing over a cheque at St Saviour's School in Stockwell. Their donation is enough to support one school for five years.

Heartbreakingly Rich died in August 2006.  The money raised by White Ladder Press is a living memorial to this very special, funny, clever, generous and wonderful man, who was taken away too soon, but continues to enrich so many people's lives, not least the children of St Stephen's school.

White Ladder Press is one of the UK's leading small publishers. They publish practical, fresh and quirky books for people who want a new angle on everyday living. From parenting to gardening, cookery to holidays they've got it covered. You can find out more at www.whiteladderpress.com

David Annand and his wonderful friends

David and his friends swam, ran, danced and partied their way to raising over £20,000 for Magic Breakfast during 2006, enabling us to reach more schools and children who are now getting the best start to their day. In particular we'd like to thank Maureen Paley, whose generous donation has helped a school in Tower Hamlets and Jo and Guy who braved some very cold water to raise money for us and Jodie at GQ who's auctions have raised enough to support a school in Kings Cross.

Hannah Williams and Five

Milkshake’s loveliest presenter Hannah Williams ran the London Marathon this year. She split her sponsorship between Magic Breakfast and Tommie’s.  Five were then incredibly generous and boosted her total.  Between them they raised enough to support a school for a whole year.

Milkshakes presenters also gave us signed postcards telling us what their favourite breakfast is. We have turned these into a poster for our schools.

William Brake Charitable Trust

We are so grateful to this wonderful trust who have regularly given us generous donations. Having this kind of consistency of support is incredibly valuable to us and the schools it helps support.

We are so grateful for the support we've received. Every time we meet a child who is doing well at school because they have had a good breakfast we send thanks to these gorgeous, brilliant people.

Donate

Every penny you give us goes straight to the children.  It only costs £28 to give a child a nutritious breakfast for a whole year.
