Magic Breakfast - Fuel For Learning
Our Sponsors
Players of People's Postcode Lottery

On 11th December, 2014 players of People’s Postcode Lottery awarded Magic Breakfast £175,000. This was increased to £200,000 when a surprise award of £25,000 was announced at the People's Postcode Lottery Charity Gala on 28th January, 2015. This will allow us to continue to develop our work in the North of England, enabling us to reach new schools and provide partner schools with the tools and support they need to ensure every child in these schools has access to a healthy breakfast and the right fuel for learning. The total award will provide close to one million nutritious breakfasts to school children throughout 2015. Thank you!

Coutts London

Magic Breakfast is Coutts London Charity of the Year 2014/2015. The partnership will see employees at Coutts fundraising throughout the year to help us to provide a healthy breakfast to even more children across the country. The purpose of the partnership is not only to help us feed more children but also to use employees' time and skills volunteering at Magic Breakfast partner schools across London. Thank you so much to everyone at Coutts who voted for Magic Breakfast, we look forward to working with you to make sure no child starts the day too hungry to learn.

Quaker Tropicana

The generosity of the Quaker Tropicana team has made a huge difference to Magic Breakfast. Working in partnership with the charity since 2009, they deliver Tropicana Juice to each of our schools every week and the children adore it.  Each term they deliver their porridge to give the children just about the best nutritious start to their day. They have also used their expertise to help us develop our successful and efficient logistics operations.

In Autumn 2014 Quaker launched the "Feed Their Future" campaign, designed to raise awareness of how eating breakfast can aid learning and to raise funds for Magic Breakfast. The campaign started with an on-pack promotion followed by, in January and February 2015, a brilliant TV ad and exciting educational events held at our partner schools in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol. We are extremely grateful to Quaker for giving us such an amazing promotional opportunity which has enabled us to reach many thousands of potential new supporters.

In early 2010 Quaker ran a fantastic on-pack promotion to raise £100,000 for Magic Breakfast and help raise our profile.

An additional huge Thank You goes to their staff who are running, climbing and carrying out various other fundraising activities to add even more to help children get the best start to their day.

Since 2012 Pearson UK and it's employees have given Magic Breakfast a whopping £61,562 equal to 279,827 healthy breakfasts!

The aim of the project is to ensure the breakfast club is working at an optimum level, giving every child in the school access to a healthy breakfast and eventually enabling the breakfast club to become self-sustaining.

AMM Learning

AMM Learning ( is the brainchild of Cheshire Entrepreneur Anne Morris. It is a tutor service that harnesses the academic skills of gap year students, taking a year out before university, placing them in primary and secondary schools across Cheshire to support learning in Maths, English and Science. These inspiring young people, armed with A levels, enthusiasm and empathy in turn inspire their pupils to embrace their education and be the very best they can be.

Anne’s sponsorship commitment to Magic Breakfast began with the first £500 profit she made with AMM Learning. Anne’s experience in schools made her appreciate, all the more, the importance of a breakfast to a child’s ability to concentrate and learn. She now sponsors two schools in the region on an annual basis to ensure the children there go into school properly nourished and ready to learn.

Moorish Smoked Dips

Moorish Smoked Dips was born from entrepreneur Julie Waddell’s passion for feeding her kids nutritious (and delicious) meals; which are so important for health, growth and concentration. So as soon as the company was able, it was natural for her to want to support the fantastic work of Magic Breakfast. As Moorish has grown, they are now extremely pleased to be able to fund a whole school breakfast club in London.

You can find the Moorish range in quality stores such as Waitrose, Ocado and Booths
